Every era has its yesterday, today, and tomorrow, and so do my 60 years with a basketball coaching diploma. My beginnings started by playing chess for three hours a day, and only three hours of basketball per week. From chess, I learned—and later applied in basketball—the practice of planning moves carefully in advance. I carry within me to this day intro-perception—a sixth sense, in roles such as educator of players and coaches, identifier of exceptional talents, organizer and planner of social basketball activities, builder of high-achieving rosters, and researcher. I still enjoy creating new values in these roles.

I sought opportunities to recognize talents at the right time, who, with my education and early guidance, were directed to senior positions where they could perform at their best and later be promoted on the international stage. I will mention only a few with whom I have wonderful memories: Ratko Radovanović, the first resident of the Hall of Fame (KK Bosna), with whom I worked at the beginning of my club career.

(Ratko Radovanović with his teammates)
Žarko Paspalj, the first NBA player from the former Yugoslavia region, with whom I worked at the club (KK Budućnost) and the Yugoslav national team.

and many othere EU i NBA stars: Dražen Petrović, Toni Kukoč, Vlade Divac, Dino Rađa, … (Yugoslav Cadet Nastional Team).

Dream teams, in which lived and played players I have coached, I have playfully called “Is There Me Here” „Ima Li Mene Tu?“ (IMT): KK BOSNA (IMT 5), KK JUGOPLASTIKA (IMT 8), Dream National Teams of EX Yugoslavia (IMT 9), Croatia (IMT 8).

At the RIN FAMILY Academy in Sarajevo, which I founded in 1995, I can especially highlight NBA players: Goran Suton, and from the younger generations, the currently popular Osman Đedi, whom I first noticed at the age of 7.
Over the past decade, I have researched the future of team basketball—what kind of players will be made for professional basketball, from what “material,” using which technology, methods, plans (what? when?), programs (how? how much?), and why? With which priorities and factors X, Y, Z? And which experts should carry this out?
In the Basketballplus Project (“PB+”), with 20 missions, I incorporated 18 scientific disciplines and much global wisdom, collected 160,000 focused records, diagnosed 46 genetic mental and physical potentials of basketball players (46 DNA markers) by which talent is measured, and brought 101 innovations to global basketball within the spaces of 28 and 8 meters and the time of 90 minutes and 24 seconds (recipes, formulas, tests, comments, messages, findings, priorities, invaluable advice, etc.).
The futuristic system for producing professional players and specialist experts was created for partners, producers, investors, collaborators, PR, club and federation presidents, and is also an opportunity for players and their parents, managers, referees, and sports workers to realize their dreams. I invite those interested to a promotion at the ROOMSMIR research center in Zagreb or I await an invitation to my home address.
With my work so far and the help of many, I have created training facilities in Zagreb (the dome near the Bocce Hall).

i poligone u Žuljani na Pelješcu.

A New Mission 4 + R online workshop and it’s infrastructure of flower eco-oasis, at outdoor basketball courts is in planning.

The formation of a promo team is underway, which I would like to include: international basketball referee Sreten Radović (international promoter), the first NBA player from this region Žarko Paspalj (ambassador), experienced communication strategist Mario Duspara (PR), journalist Vlado Radičević (public information), IT specialist Nikola Kovačević (project coordinator), and legal services.
I would also like to mention a scholarship competition for specialists in individual and team work within “PB+” to which anyone who knows English and computer science and has just finished their playing career can apply.
